The Tri-State Coalition of Historic Places is pleased to announce the publication of the second edition of Standards and Practices for Historic Site Administration. Tri-State developed the Standards to address the unique challenges that confront organizations that operate historic sites. The document is intended to serve as a road map, providing benchmarks for siteadministrators and board members as they work towards new levels of achievement in historic site administration. The Standards present a blueprint for action as historic sites strive to recruit new board members, cultivate ties with funding sources, and reach out to their surrounding.
